Navneet Mann

BSc., MSW, Registered Social Worker

Pronouns: She/her

Navneet is an English and Punjabi speaking psychotherapist. She practices from a holistic, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective. In her sessions, she collaborates with clients to bring witness to their experiences, offering acknowledgment, acceptance, and empowerment to every part of who they are. Navneet understands that every story and experience is distinct and will collaborate with you to understand and explore what approach to therapy works best for you! Navneet believes that healing happens in connection with others and within nonjudgmental spaces that honour the complexity of intersecting identities, experiences, and perspectives.

I work with Teens (16+), Adults, Couples/Relationships & Seniors.
