I’m the therapist for you if….

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful relational patterns—whether that’s ongoing conflict, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, or the lingering impact of trauma. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or unsure how to communicate what they need, often repeating the same cycles in relationships despite wanting something different.

In our work together, we slow things down to understand what’s happening underneath the surface—your emotions, attachment patterns, and the ways past experiences may still be shaping your present. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy and somatic approaches to help you move out of repeating reactive cycles and into more intentional, connected ways of relating. For couples, this means rebuilding trust, improving communication, and creating a stronger emotional bond. For individuals, this often looks like healing from trauma, reconnecting with yourself, and developing more secure and fulfilling relationships, both with yourself and others.

My journey into psychotherapy began through my own experiences with healing and resilience, inspiring me to help others feel understood, grounded, and capable of change. My work blends compassion, curiosity, and clinical skill to create a space where clients can explore their emotions at their own pace. I bring a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens to all sessions, which means you don’t have to race through your stories of trauma and we can make time to get to know one another before diving head first into the heavy stuff. By providing you with coping tools and believing that true healing happens when we feel safe to be fully ourselves, clients often point out that they came for the work but stayed for the care.

Therapy with me is collaborative, constructive, and honest. I’ll meet you where you’re at with warmth and compassion, while also gently challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit.

Therapy Modalities

When I’m not working I enjoy hiking, swimming and generally spending time in nature should the weather permit. When I’m not outdoors you can find me crafting, painting, catching up on my favourite shows and spending time with the people I love most.

Fun fact: I used to be a professional mermaid and still use my tail for fun over the summer months.
