I’m the therapist for you if….
- You want to reclaim pleasure and intimacy after experiencing sexual violence.
- You want to process trauma and find relief.
- You’re new to therapy or looking for an easygoing, non-judgmental space to feel supported and understood.
I provide therapy for adults and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected often following experiences of trauma. This can show up as difficulty connecting with yourself or others, anxiety, relationship challenges, or trouble understanding your emotions. These experiences can feel isolating or hard to put into words.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and not judged. We focus on building trust, exploring your experiences, and making sense of what you’re going through.
My approach is integrative and relational, drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), while incorporating Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I believe starting therapy takes courage, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m here to support you while also gently challenging you toward the growth you’re looking for. Together, we can explore your experiences, process what’s been weighing on you, and work toward meaningful change. I welcome you to book a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit.

More About Me!
Outside of therapy, I enjoy basketball, hiking, and trying new bakeries (I take all bakery recommendations seriously!). I love learning through both reading and real-life experiences whether that’s traveling, trying something new, or stepping outside my comfort zone. One of the things I value most about being a therapist is that my growth comes from both knowledge and lived experience, allowing me to show up as a human first in the work I do.
