I’m the therapist for you if….
- You would like to challenge social norms around sexuality, gender, and relationships, and the role they play in how you connect with yourself and others
- You’re looking for a space to identify and explore patterns/cycles in romantic, platonic, and familial relationships
- You’re looking for a therapist who will challenge you while remaining respectful and compassionate to where you are in your change journey
- You want to build confidence and feel empowered to live authentically
I provide therapy for adults and couples/relationships who are struggling with fostering authentic connection with themselves, their partners, and others. Oftentimes, people are battling against doing what they “should” and what is actually right for them. These messages discourage us from being ourselves, which can make creating and maintaining meaningful connections difficult. I have found that clients hiding their true selves leads to insecurity, confusion, resentment, and issues in communication in their relationships. When these problems arise, they often impact intimacy, sex, and emotional safety in relationships.
In therapy, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are getting in the way of showing up for yourself and others authentically. To do this, it is important to establish trust, and I am committed to providing a safe environment by being non-judgemental, open, and curious about what got you here, and what strengths you can pull on to create meaningful and lasting change.
My training and experience will help you gain confidence, embrace your sexuality and pleasure, and live your life the way you want. I use an integrative approach rooted in Attachment theory and Strengths-Based approaches which means we will explore early life experiences with attachment and discover what skills you already have that will help you with your growth journey. I support individuals and couples/relationships with sex and intimacy, self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship issues.
I understand that the decision to start therapy can be daunting, so I want to help you feel comfortable and at ease. Therapy with me starts with understanding what prompted you to make this decision and figure out how we can work together to accomplish your goals. Therapy can have an immensely positive impact on your life, leading to improved self-esteem, stronger communication and connection in relationships, and more fulfilling and pleasurable sex and intimacy.
If you are ready to start working towards a more authentic life and stronger relationships, you can book a free 15-minute consultation with me to see if we are a good fit. I would love to offer you the support you deserve to help you live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

More About Me!
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending my time with my loved ones or relaxing at home. I love watching movies and TV shows (dramas, comedies, historical, documentary) and reading romance novels. I like to spend my alone time moving my body by running or lifting weights, getting creative through crochet and journaling, and unwinding with cozy gaming.
