I’m the therapist for you if….

I work with adults who are trying to make sense of themselves, their relationships, their histories, and how to feel alive in a world that doesn’t always welcome the way you’re wired, who you love, or who you are. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent, queer, trans and gender-diverse, and racialized folks navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, identity, relationships, emotional overwhelm, burnout and major life transitions.

Maybe you’ve spent a lot of time adapting to other people, keeping the peace, masking, overthinking, trying to be ‘good,’ or whatever else was expected of you. Maybe you’re at a point where you’re wondering what it might look like to step off autopilot and into a life with more presence, intention, and embodied choice.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and flexible. I care a lot about the relationship we build in therapy. I aim for this work to feel collaborative, honest, human – and most of all, FUN! Expect laughter and tomfoolery 🙂

I’m interested in questioning the rules, pushing back on expectations, and making room for complexity and contradiction. To me, the magic lies in what becomes possible when we’re willing to look beyond what we’ve been told is possible.
